1 General Terms & Applicability

By using our platform, you confirm that you:

2 Registration & Account Management

Opening an account with 501c3 is quick and straightforward. However, there are a few important things to keep in mind during registration:

• One Account Policy: Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, age, address, and contact details at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.
• KYC Verification: KYC verification must be completed by submitting a valid government-issued ID before any withdrawal can be processed.

3 Betting Rules & Regulations

All members must comply with the following terms and conditions when betting on 501c3. These rules apply equally to every member:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed, unless the event is cancelled or erroneous odds have been published.
• A minimum bet amount applies to each wager and may vary depending on the event.
• Both Single Bets and Multiple/Accumulator Bets are accepted.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. All bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet is placed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies to each transaction and is subject to change from time to time.

6 Prohibited Activities

3. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
4. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
5. Cheating or engaging in dishonest conduct toward other members.
6. Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

501c3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Upon the member's own request to close the account.

You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before account closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

The privacy of your personal information is of the utmost importance to us. 501c3 handles your data:

• Collected solely for the purpose of service delivery and KYC verification.
• Never sold or shared with third parties.
